Real Club de Golf Campoamor is one of the most prestigious clubs on the southern Costa Blanca. Opened in 1988 and inaugurated by HRH Juan de Borbón, Count of Barcelona, the 18-hole, 6,277 m, Par 72 layout sits in Dehesa de Campoamor on the Orihuela Costa. A microclimate between the valleys keeps the course playable all year, and every August the club hosts a tournament in honour of the Count of Barcelona.
The club welcomes visitors who hold a valid handicap. Green fees are seasonal, split between high season (March, April, May, October and November) and low season (the rest of the year). The clubhouse is a 2,800 m² Social Club perched 130 m above sea level with sweeping views over the course and the Mediterranean; the four-star Hotel Golf Campoamor I is on site, alongside football pitches and conference facilities.
