A 9-hole pitch & putt at the historic Balneario Hervideros de Cofrentes spa, in the mountains of inland Valencia. No handicap needed, green fees from around €15, and a thermal spa next door. Best as a golf and spa weekend, not a quick round from the city.
Cofrentes Golf is a pitch & putt course that opened in 2006 inside the grounds of the Balneario Hervideros de Cofrentes, a thermal spa whose waters were declared of public utility in 1902. It sits in the Ayora-Cofrentes valley, close to where Valencia meets Albacete and Cuenca, and is run by Mediterráneo Golf Management.
The layout is 9 holes, par 27 and 617 metres, and some holes have two tee positions so a second lap plays differently. An 18-hole round is par 54 and 1,234 metres. There are separate chipping and putting greens for practice.
What sets it apart from Masía de las Estrellas or the Manises pitch & putt is the setting: mountain scenery, a spa hotel on site, and night golf with glow-in-the-dark balls. Visitors describe the course as well kept with decent greens, though the bunkers get less attention and the location is remote.

Not just for golf: if you live in Valencia, Masía de las Estrellas is 15 minutes away. Cofrentes is worth it when you pair the round with the spa and a night away.
